One piece in. A week out. Smarter every lap.
The whole content operation as a single loop: this week's numbers on the wheel, the calendar it produced, and what it learned.

This week's calendar
Posts are slotted at each channel's best-performing times, then written to the posting sheet the team already uses.

Fed back into Source: posts that name a specific place outperform general tips by 3×, so next week's ranking favors episodes with a named subject. Every short also goes to a second video channel automatically.
Partner program
Affiliates sign up through a form, get a tracked link, and are paid out in batches. The ledger reconciles itself.
How it's built
The pattern behind this demo. I run this system in production for a media brand.
- Repurposing. A transcript is cut into candidate moments. An LLM writes the hook, per-channel captions and a tagline for each, under written brand rules.
- Image pipeline. Clean scenes from an image model, generated text stripped out, and the real tagline composited on in code so type is always correct.
- Scheduling. Everything lands in the spreadsheet the team already works from. No new tool to learn; a human approves the week in one pass.
- Feedback loop. Weekly metrics are pulled back and scored by format and topic. Those scores rank the next round of source picks.
- Partner payouts. Sign-up form, tracked links, duplicate detection and batch payouts with alerting when something doesn't reconcile.
