Start an insurance program
Choose a line, a state and a distribution model. Groundwork drafts the platform, the plan, the regulatory path, the capital picture and the filing kit, so a founder can walk into a carrier meeting prepared.

INDICATED PREMIUM
The rater runs on the same rate table shown in the launch kit. Change an answer and the premium, fees and taxes recalculate.

Requirements change and vary by entity structure. Confirm every item with counsel and your carrier partner before relying on it.

How it's built
I have built and run insurance program business. This is the tool I wanted on day one.
- Rules first, model second. Licensing, filing regime and structure come from a maintained rules table by state and line. The model drafts prose around those facts; it does not invent them.
- One rate table, three uses. The same table drives the live rater, the filing exhibit and the capital model, so they cannot drift apart.
- Document generation. Guidelines, form lists and filing memos are assembled from templates with the brief's variables, then reviewed by a person.
- Prototype scaffolding. The quote flow is generated from the rating variables, for a direct storefront or an agent portal.
- Human sign-off. Every regulatory item carries a source and a reviewer before it leaves the building.
