Exceptions
Only the lines the engine isn't sure about reach a person. Each decision is saved to the mapping library, so the same question isn't asked twice.
Run a takeoff to see what needs review.

How it's built
The pattern behind this demo. I build this class of system for distributors whose quoting team is the bottleneck on growth.
- Bid intake. Watchers on bid boards and a shared mailbox collect new postings, de-duplicate them and score fit against what the branch actually sells.
- Plan reading. Schedules, legends and spec sections are parsed page by page. Counts come from the schedule where one exists and from symbol detection where it doesn't.
- Catalog mapping. Each extracted line is matched to a catalog SKU using a mapping library learned from past bids, with a confidence score.
- Exceptions queue. Low-confidence lines go to the estimators and the sales team with the source snippet attached. Their answers train the library.
- Export. The finished list lands in the format the ERP imports. No pricing or margin data ever goes through the model.
- Governance. Runs in the customer's cloud, behind their sign-in, with an audit trail on every line.
